I’m Danielle, an experienced therapist who works with motivated women who are searching for support with anxiety, trauma, or self-esteem. While I have an office in Glendale for in person sessions, I also work with women throughout Arizona remotely by logging into a secure platform called Simple Practice. Online therapy can help you manage your stress, discover coping skills to alleviate your anxiety, slow down the racing thoughts you’re experiencing, and restore the work-life balance..… all without sacrificing your busy schedule or your privacy.
Teletherapy works quite similarly to in person therapy only you get to decide where you join our session. I have many clients that prefer the comfort of their home, or even a car while others may join from their office. As long as you have a good internet connection, a quiet and private space, and a device such as a phone, tablet, or computer you are set. You will receive a link that will take you to our session at the time of your appointment.
My approach to online therapy is to meet you with warmth, compassion, and little bit of humor, after all, we’re all human right? I try to make the experience as comfortable as possible and meet you where you are. My goal is to help you access your inner strength, develop confidence, and live your most authentic life.
