How therapy works
It may feel like an impossible task, but you can gain freedom, you can build confidence, and you can learn to be kinder to yourself.
As women, we face so many challenges that are constantly testing our ability to believe in ourselves and overcome adversity. It’s no wonder that at times we may notice that we are on rocky terrain doubting if we are capable or are good enough. We may be able to quiet that inner voice for short periods but typically it will keep occurring until you do something about it.
My approach to working with self-esteem comes from a place of understanding and passion that ultimately, we all deserve to feel worthy and confident in our own right. I’ll help you through this process tailoring each step of your unique journey to your needs and circumstances.
Now is the time to make yourself a priority. Together we will discover where this inner critic is coming from and get to the roots of these self-beliefs so that you can start believing in yourself and your abilities. I can help you get there.
